Challenge

The team needed a hr tech solution that global talent mobility & relocation platform — without the fragility of stitched-together tools or the overhead of a full custom platform on day one.

Approach

We ran a focused discovery, defined the smallest end-to-end slice that would prove the model, and built on Next.js + Supabase so the platform could grow without a rewrite.

Outcome

A prototype product with clear metrics, a documented architecture, and a delivery cadence the internal team can sustain.
